To manage and perform annual shut down maintenance workInstallation, Commissioning and Testing of VFD.Installation and Testing of earthing system of plant.Load shedding and synchronizing panel’s final setting and trip circuit check.Routine inspection of Electrical machines and equipment’s.Shut Down, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Electrical motors and Panels.Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures.Outline project requirements including actively promoting work share, where appropriate, assign tasks and supervise progress.Insulation Resistance TestLeakage current Test of Cables.Hour to hour inspection of current and voltage readings on both HV and LV sideCoordinating with senior Engineer staff in the field work and updating the progress reports to them.
Technical Skills: Has sound knowledge of Electrical Drawings, Erection & Maintenance of electrical equipment.Regular supervision of Electrical Load Consumption of different electrical devices.Has performed maintenance and troubleshooting of electric motors and control panels of the Fermentation, Distillation and CO2 and Biogas plant.Has performed the parallel Operation of Generators.Has performed calibration of Power Flex 753 AB (Allen Bradley), Altivar 61 Telemechanic, Altivar 61 Schneider, Micromaster 440 Siemens Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
